The site www.onac-vg.fr is published by the National Office for Veterans and Victims of War (ONACVG).
The ONACVG is a public body under the responsibility of the Ministry of Defence, attached to the Secretary of state for Defence and Veterans and has civil status and financial autonomy.

The registered office of the ONACVG is Hôtel National des Invalides, Corridor de Metz, 75700 PARIS 07 SP.

The publication manager is Préfet Rémy Enfrun, director general of the ONACVG.
The editor-in-chief is Odile Charbonneau, head of the communication department at the ONACVG.
The contributors are the heads of the various departments: recognition and reparation, veteran remembrance, solidarity, help with re-joining the job market and accommodation for the elderly.

The National Office for Veterans and Victims of War (ONACVG) does not collect any named or personal information about visitors to its site, other than that which is openly and voluntarily supplied, in particular, via the email addresses of its correspondents.

In compliance with exemption no. 7 of resolution no. 2006-38 of 9 May 2006, deciding on the exemption from declaring processing for purposes of information or external communication, the ONACVG web site, institutional and non-commercial, is exempt from making declarations to CNIL.
